Visor Great but your after sales service sucks!.

I doubt if I will ever buy something from your company again. I have been a loyal customer. I did purchase this visor from you and yes its a great product. But I had an issue with one of your transducer adapters to suit an install of a Garmin install into a Hobie Pro Angler. A piece of it had broken away and the outer cover fell off. It was out of Warranty, I did not ask for a replacement, I simply asked if the piece I needed could be purchased to fix my problem.I was told NO by you Marty I had to buy the complete adapter again. I consider this to be slack when you manufacture your own parts or do you?? The protective cover had holes for the screws to be fixed through it, the amount of material around these holes were almost non existent. Maybe in the first place I should have asked for an new one under warranty but I in my excitement to use my new kayak I for go the opportunity to do this. I find it extremely slack that I had to buy a complete new kit when your product could have been made better in the first place!
