Learn how to install the BerleyPro Uni-Trans Mount – a universal fish finder transducer mounting platform designed for the Hobie Compass model (with a Lowrance 3 in 1 transducer). The Uni-Trans Mount kit includes: Transducer Mount Plate – which secures the transducer to your kayak, and the Uni-Trans Protector Cover – which shields your transducer from damage when hitting the bottom, rocks, or when landing on shore.
Installation Steps:
First run the transducer cable through the Transducer Mount Plate and the centre scupper hole. Use the supplied stainless steel screws and washers to attach your transducer to the aligned holes on the Transducer Mount Plate.
Next, position the plate under the Uni-Trans protector cover and align the holes.
Finally, secure everything into the existing Hobie Ready Transducer threaded inserts. Your transducer is now fully protected and ready for action.
