Mouning a Tool Bro directly to your Side Bro, keeps tackle and tools you use most often exactly where you need them, ready the moment the action starts. One of the best features of the Side Bro is the ability to customize setup, along with the variety of mounting options to suit your individual needs, which is what these instructions are all about!
This instruction assumes that you have already mounted your Side Bro to your boat or kayak. To begin, remove the Side Bro from the Backing Bro so it can be worked on easily.
Installation Steps
Step 1 – Align the Tool Bro and backing plate, with the desired mounting position aligning with the lure slots on the left or right of the Side Bro. In this example we have gone with the left.
Step 2 – Align the M5-20mm screws from the rear, through the desired lure slots, and through the Tool Bro mounting holes. Use the supplied flat washers and nuts to secure and fasten with a Phillips-head screwdriver, and an 8mm socket or spanner to tighten the screws and M5 nuts.
Step 3 – Your Tool Bro is now installed; all that remains is to reinstate the Side Bro to its original mounting position.
